RETURN AND REFUND POLICY – AEWORI

At AEWORI, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted for purchases made through aewori.pk or through certified AEWORI retailers.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns and replacements are accepted under the following conditions:

• Wrong product received
• Damaged product
• Product delivered in used condition
• Change of mind or the customer not liking the fragrance (online purchases only)

Retail purchases must be handled by the respective retailer, not by AEWORI.


2. Return Request Window

• Customers must submit a return request within 1 day of receiving the product.
• After approval, the customer must ship the product back within the next 24 hours.

Late submissions may not be eligible.


3. Proof and Verification

To ensure a smooth verification process, customers are strongly encouraged to record a full unboxing video before opening the parcel, whether the product is correct or incorrect.

• Photos or videos must be provided as proof for damaged, wrong, or used items.
• AEWORI may request additional evidence if necessary.


4. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a change of mind or the customer not liking the fragrance, the customer must cover the return delivery charges.
• For wrong, damaged, or used products, AEWORI covers the replacement shipping cost.


5. Refund and Replacement Options

Customers may choose one of the following:

Bank refund (for online purchases from AEWORI)
Replacement product
Discount coupon or store credit, if the customer prefers

Refunds for products purchased through retailers are handled solely by the retailer. AEWORI is not responsible for retailer-based returns or refunds.


6. Opened or Tested Products

For online purchases:

• If the product has been opened, tested, and the customer simply does not like the fragrance, a return is still possible within the stated return window.
• Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

For retailer purchases:

• Customers are expected to test the available in-store testers before buying.
• Opened or tested products purchased from retailers cannot be returned through AEWORI.


7. Retailer Purchases

Any product purchased through an AEWORI-certified retailer must be returned directly to that retailer.
Retailers operate independently, and AEWORI is not liable for processing their refunds or replacements. AEWORI is only responsible for product authenticity and pricing compliance.


8. Refund Processing Time

For approved online returns, AEWORI processes refunds within 1 to 3 working days after the returned product is received and verified.

Processing times may vary during weekends, holidays, or high-volume periods.


9. Conditions for Rejection

A return may be rejected if:

• The request is submitted after the return window
• The product is used extensively or intentionally damaged
• Required proof (video/photo) is not provided
• The item is returned without approval
