• Retailers are required to sell products at official AEWORI prices.
• AEWORI is not responsible for any retailer behavior, service issues, or actions outside of product authenticity and pricing compliance.
6. Product Quality and Performance
• All AEWORI fragrances are produced through certified manufacturers.
• Perfume performance may vary from person to person due to skin type, weather, and usage habits.
• Any errors or misprints on the website are unintentional, and AEWORI reserves the right to correct them without prior notice.
7. Replacements and Issues
• If a customer receives the wrong product, a used bottle, or a damaged item, AEWORI will replace the product.
• Customers may also choose to keep the product and receive a discount coupon or a special offer as compensation.
• Replacement claims must be supported with proof (photos or videos) and submitted promptly.
